Il ballo di San Vito is an elegant and vibrant rosé, made from Primitivo grapes vinified in purity. Like all wines from San Tommaso Winery, it comes from estate vineyards located in the countryside of Polignano, at the foot of the masseria, at an altitude of about 110 meters. The vineyard, covering approximately 1.3 hectares with a southwest exposure, lies on soil rich in limestone and marine sediments, which impart minerality and finesse to the wine. Precision agronomic management and a controlled yield—between 55 and 65 quintals per hectare—ensure top-quality raw material. Il Ballo di San Vito is a tribute to the vitality and passion of our land: a fresh, aromatic rosé with delicate fruity notes and a vibrant acidity that invites the next sip.
