Sand’Null is an intense and enveloping red wine, made exclusively from Primitivo grapes vinified in purity. Like all the wines of San Tommaso Winery, it comes from the estate vineyards located in the countryside of Polignano, at the foot of the masseria, about 110 meters above sea level. The vineyard, covering approximately 1.2 hectares with a south-southwest exposure, lies on soils rich in limestone and marine sediments: a unique terroir that imparts structure and complexity. Targeted vineyard management and deliberately low yields, between 50 and 60 quintals per hectare, ensure grapes with high concentration and phenolic maturity.

Like all the wines of San Tommaso Winery, it comes from vineyards within the estate located in the countryside of Polignano, at the foot of the masseria, at an altitude of about 110 meters. The vineyard, about 1.1 hectares in size, faces west. It is situated on soil rich in calcareous lithoids and marine sediment. The characteristics of the land and precise management aimed at maximum quality result in yields ranging between 60 and 70 quintals per hectare.
