From the light of the South, an elegant and authentic red Sand Null, by San Tommaso.
Sand’Null is an intense and enveloping red wine, made exclusively from Primitivo grapes vinified in purity. Like all the wines of San Tommaso Winery, it comes from the estate vineyards located in the countryside of Polignano, at the foot of the masseria, about 110 meters above sea level. The vineyard, covering approximately 1.2 hectares with a south-southwest exposure, lies on soils rich in limestone and marine sediments: a unique terroir that imparts structure and complexity. Targeted vineyard management and deliberately low yields, between 50 and 60 quintals per hectare, ensure grapes with high concentration and phenolic maturity.
